ASDA is an ISO 9001: 2015 Company engaged in the manufacturing and supplies of Molded and Extruded rubber components and polymer solutions. It is a member company of the conglomerate, "Asia Automotive Group of Companies", located in the industrial zone of Nashik, Maharashtra (lndia). The manufacturing Facilities are spread over 8000 Sq. Mt. of land and the company has 18000 Sq. Ft. of built up factory structure. The team of ASDA consists of trained and experienced workmen and the staff consists of Technocrats, focused on manufacturing globally acceptable, high Quality and performance oriented components at extremely low costs. ASDA maintains its office in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India, and the plant is located 180 Kms from Mumbai which is accessible by Air / Road / Rail. We also have our offices and marketing personnel located at most of the commercially important metros in India. ASDA is proud of its excellent relations with large business Houses in the country.
OUR ACHIEVEMENT
ASDA started as a small manufacturer in 1996 but with proper systems and plans. Today it has entered the global rubber component manufacturing market. In a short period it earned ISO 9001-2015 quality certification. ASDA is now going for TS / IATF 16949 : 2016 QS 9000 systems are followed apart from also following all the international norms of planning, production and packaging. Today our products are readily accepted in the export market in various countries for both OEM as well as aftermarket sales.

The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at ASDA has Molding and Extrusion facilities with tremendous installed capacity and a continually expanding capacity by addition of the latest fully automated equipments year after year. A Full-fledged laboratory for testing the compounds at each stage of the manufacturing process to ensure the end product meets the desired specification and outlives the expected life as far as performance of the product is concerned. In-house tooling facilities are available at ASDA for fast and accurate tooling development. Our internal tool room also reduces the development cost & time thereby making ASDA more competitive. Continuous training in all areas of operations gives the Team at ASDA a head start over our competition and provides our company with High Caliber of Human Resource. Most Key operations are in-house hence the Quality Control is the best available. The Design, research and development department is equipped with a library on every aspect of rubber technology. AutoCAD, CAD CAM & other software's are used to ensure that the customer gets nothing but the best.
